“Walking Dead” fans are getting a chance to watch their favorite survivors of the zombie apocalypse on the big screen.

AMC will air “The Walking Dead” Season 8 finale and the “Fear the Walking Dead” Season 4 premiere back-to-back on Sunday, April 15 in 750 theaters across the country. The network is partnering with Fathom Events, calling the event “Survival Sunday: ‘The Walking Dead’ & ‘Fear the Walking Dead.’

The event will include bonus content beginning at 8:30 p.m., and then the two episodes will begin at “TWD’s” regular 9 p.m. slot. Theater-goers will also get to enjoy both episodes without commercials.

Tickets are available March 16 on the Fathom Events site.

The new season of “Fear the Walking Dead” will look a little different — “Walking Dead” series regular Lennie James, who plays Morgan, is joining the “Fear” cast.

Entertainment Weekly first reported the theater news.
