Newswire: Twin Peaks actor charged with attempted murder

TMZ reports that Jeremy Lindholm, an actor who recently appeared on David Lynch’s Showtime revival of Twin Peaks, has been charged with attempted second-degree murder. Lindholm—who played Mickey, a guy who grabs a ride with Harry Dean Stanton’s Carl in the new series’ sixth installment—reportedly attacked his girlfriend repeatedly with a baseball bat. Police arrested Lindholm Wednesday night, and he’s been charged with “attempted murder second degree, second degree assault and several other charges.” The victim has several serious injuries, none of which are apparently life-threatening.
