‘Who’s On First?’ Heirs Lose Appeal But Abbott & Costello Still Get Laughs

The U.S. Court Of Appeals this week upheld a lower court’s ruling in favor of the Broadway show Hand To God, while noting that the original District Court judge made the right decision for the wrong reason.
