20th Century Fox Names Angela Demo as Feature Casting VP

20th Century Fox has named executive Angela Demo as vice president of feature casting for the studio’s film unit.

Demo — whose credits include the “Flatliners” reboot, “Celeste & Jesse Forever” and “The Stanford Prison Experiment” — will report to Ronna Kress.

Angela Demo has been named vice president of feature casting for Twentieth Century Fox Film, it was announced today. In this new role, Demo will report directly to Ronna Kress, executive vice president of feature casting.

Demo joins Fox after serving as an independent casting director, where she was responsible for casting a variety of projects including THE SPECTACULAR NOW, CELESTE & JESSE FOREVER and TWO NIGHT STAND.

She received two Artios Awards earlier this year for her work on THE STANFORD PRISON EXPERIMENT (IFC Films) and ME AND EARL AND THE DYING GIRL (Fox Searchlight).

Demo has experience casting every genre for major studio, independent and television productions. Her recent casting credits include FLATLINERS, THE DUFF, BLENDED, ARQ, PIXELS, MTV’s hit series FINDING CARTER and a sci-fi anthology series DIMENSION 404 for Hulu.
