‘The Big Bang Theory’ Star Mayim Bialik Teases Mark Hamill Appearance: ‘I Peed My Pants’ (Photo)

When Mark Hamill showed up on the set of “The Big Bang Theory,” star Mayim Bialik sort of lost her mind — as well as control over her bodily functions.

“TBBT” star Bialik posted a teaser photo of Hamill’s visit to the set via Instagram on Wednesday, by way of a photo of herself and costar Kaley Cuoco, with stunned looks on their faces, as the “Star Wars” icon stood nonchalantly in the background.

“Literally what happened when @normancook and I met @hamillhimself . Also I peed my pants,” Bialik wrote. “Kaley this picture is amazing lol.”

Apparently, the feeling was mutual, as Hamill tweeted Bialik’s message, along with praise for the CBS sitcom.

“As a lifelong nerd-I’m thrilled to be even a small part of @bigbangtheory- a show that’s had #StarWars in its’ DNA from Day 1,” Hamill wrote. “I had the same reaction meeting these 2 lovelies as @missmayim (fortunately for me I was wearing my #ESB #BactaBriefs at the time)????”

CBS announced Monday that Hamill would be among the guests featured on the Season 11 finale of “The Big Bang Theory,” which will feature the wedding of Amy (Bialik) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons).

We feel you, Jim Parsons; everyone has a little trouble facing up to themselves from time to time.

“The Big Bang Theory” star Johnny Galecki offered a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the hit CBS sitcom on Thursday, posting a photo of himself and costar Jim Parsons preparing for an episode.

In the shot, Galecki is seen sitting cross-legged on the floor, a pensive look on his face as he rests his cheek on his fist.

Parsons also has a look on his face — or rather, both of his faces.

In Galecki’s behind-the-scenes glimpse, Parsons comes face-to-face with a life-size, cardboard cutout of himself — and the flesh-and-blood Parsons expression suggests an emotion somewhere between concern and perplexity.

The cardboard cutout, meanwhile, appears stoic and perhaps a little stiff.

In addition to the Mona Lisa-like expression on Cardboard Parsons’ mug, the photo bears an added element of mystery, in that the faux Parsons is decked out in a lab coat and stethoscope, while the background shows a rack full of wheel rims.

The incongruous elements of the photo caused a number of commenters to muse about exactly what was going on in the photo.

“Why there is wheel rims behind ?” asked one inquiring mind.

Jim Parsons Is All Hopped-Up About John Oliver’s Bunny Book

Jim Parsons apparently couldn’t be happier about hopping down the bunny trail with John Oliver.

“The Big Bang Theory” star Parsons, who reads the audio version of Oliver’s new children’s book, “A Day in the Life of Marlon Bundo,” took to Instagram on Monday to gush about the project, saying he was “honored beyond belief” to be involved with it.

Parsons, in particular, touted the book’s “story about tolerance and advocacy.”

“Am honored beyond belief to be a part of the audio book version of ‘A Day in the Life of Marlon Bundo,’ a children’s book with a story about tolerance and advocacy, dedicated to every bunny who has ever felt different,” Parsons wrote. “All proceeds from book sales will be donated to The Trevor Project and AIDS United. Thank you to @lastweektonight for including me in this.”

Parsons isn’t the only one to enthuse about the book by “Last Week Tonight” host Oliver, released Sunday in reaction to a book by Vice President Mike Pence’s family about their pet rabbit, Marlon Bundo. While the Pence family offering was published Monday, Oliver got the jump on them, releasing his own version, which envisions a gay Marlon Bundo, on Sunday.

On Monday, Oliver’s tome was No. 1 in audiobooks on Amazon, and it boasts a five-star rating. Its Kindle version topped all of Political Fiction and the hardcover was just straight-up No. 1 in Books.

The Pence family’s version, “Marlon Bundo’s Day in the Life of the Vice President,” scored the No. 1 spot in “Children’s Rabbit Books” with its hardcover edition, so at least it has that going for it.

The performance disparity performance between the two books isn’t the only thing that could be irking Pence about Oliver’s offering. The vice president’s relationship with the LGBTQ community could best be described as chilly.
