Jason Momoa and Hugh Grant Could Not Have More Different Movie Careers (Video)

Read on: TheWrapTheWrap.

First, let’s get this out of the way: No, Jason Momoa didn’t fart while in Icelandic water filming “Aquaman.” Or at least, he didn’t that one time that everyone on the crew thinks he did.

Also, some of the character’s tattoos are real, others are not.

“They’re like stickers,” Momoa told popular British TV host Graham Norton of the ones on his sea-character’s torso and right arm. “It takes quite a bit. I mean, it’s about an hour and a half [of] makeup in the morning just to put ‘em all on. There’s like 20-odd pieces that they have to put on. It takes a long time to get them all off.”

“It was the same in ‘Sense and Sensibility,’” fellow Norton guest Hugh Grant deadpanned.

Yeah, he scored with that one.

Later, Momoa said with the exception of “Justice League,” he hasn’t let his kids watch any of his work. That’s probably a good idea considering “Game of Thrones” is what everyone knows Momoa from. Again, Grant got his quips in.

“Mine don’t even want to watch me,” Grant offered. “I beg them to. They’re sitting there watching ‘Dino Trucks,’ I say, ‘No! What about one of daddy’s films!’”

“I shove it in the DVD and there’s tears and tantrums,” he continued.

Back to “Dino Trucks.”

Get ready to relive Hugh Grant dropping F-bombs in the rain and Rowan Atkinson bumbling through marriage ceremonies as the cast of “Four Weddings and a Funeral” are reuniting for the first time in 25 years.

Creator Richard Curtis is getting the stars of the 1994 British romantic comedy back together for a special Red Nose Day short film dubbed “One Red Nose Day and a Wedding,” it was announced Wednesday.

Once again directed by Mike Newell, the short features Grant, Andie MacDowell, Kristin Scott Thomas, John Hannah, Atkinson, James Fleet, David Haig, Sophie Thompson, David Bower, Robin McCaffrey, Anna Chancellor, Rupert Vansittart, Simon Kunz, Sara Crowe and Timothy Walker. They will also be joined by special guest stars.

“We’re all definitely older — I suspect no wiser. It’s been really enjoyable working out what’s happened to all the characters — and now they get back together for the fifth wedding. Where, as usual, not everything will go as planned,” screenwriter Curtis said, who is also the co-founder of Red Nose Day.

“One Red Nose Day and a Wedding” will premiere exclusively during Red Nose Day 2019 on BBC One on March 15, 2019. It will also feature as part of NBC’s programming for Red Nose Day USA in May.

The reunion follows a similar short centered around the cast of another Curtis hit, “Love Actually,” for the 2017 Red Nose Day.

Since its launch in 1985, Red Nose Day has raised over £887 million. Comic Relief spends the money raised to help the people who really need it most, both here in the U.K. and around the world. Red Nose Day launched in the U.S. in 2015 with a mission to end child poverty and has raised almost $150 million to date. Money raised supports programs that ensure children in need are safe, healthy and educated, both in America and abroad. For more information about Red Nose Day USA and its impact, visit www.rednoseday.org.

Fake, ‘Surreal’ Interview With Drew Barrymore Published in EgyptAir’s In-Flight Magazine

Read on: TheWrapTheWrap.

A fake interview with actress Drew Barrymore has gone viral after political analyst Adam Baron noticed the story in EgyptAir’s in-flight magazine.

“This interview with Drew Barrymore in the Egypt Air in flight magazine is, umm, surreal,” Baron tweeted, proceeding to post photos of the “interview” that is loaded with spelling and grammatical errors.

While representatives for Barrymore have not yet responded to TheWrap’s request for comment, a spokesperson for the actress told Huffington Post that Barrymore “did not participate” in the interview and her team is “working with the airline PR team.” A spokesperson for EgyptAir has not yet responded to TheWrap’s request for comment.

The article, written by Aida Tekla, claims Barrymore decided to leave the lime light and become a stay-at-home mother to her two daughters. In fact, it isn’t too kind to the “Never Been Kissed” actress at all, focusing on her failed personal relationships rather than her long-spanning career, noting “she has not yet succeeded in any relationship for various reasons.”

“Despite being unstable in her relationships most of her life, despite the several unsuccessful marriages and despite the busy life of stardom that dominated her life for several years; the beautiful American Hollywood actress Drew Barrymore has recently decided to temporary [sic] take an unlimited vacation to play her most crucial role as a mother,” read the article.

“It is known that Barrymore has had almost 17 relationships, engagements and marriage; psychologists believe that her behavior is only natural since she lacked the male role model in her life after her parents’ divorce when she was only 9 years,” it continued. “Ever since that time, she has been subconsciously seeking attention and care from a male figure; but unfortunately things do not always go as planned and she has not yet succeeded in any relationship for various reasons.”

Responding to one of the questions, Barrymore allegedly said, “I cannot deny that women made a great achievement over [the] past century, there is significant progress recorded by people who study women status throughout history. This is naturally reflected on women in the west who will not be satisfied unless they gain the rights they deserve to the society. This is especially true since women exert tremendous efforts that men are incapable of exerting due to their numerous commitments and obligations.”

People were quick to rush to the defense of the actress, calling the article “disrespectful” and “awful.””

“This is unreal,” one user tweeted. “Surely she didn’t approve it?”

“Not often you read an interview where the questioner and the subject speak with exactly the same voice,” added another.
