Lavar Ball Tweets Cartoon GIF of Him Dunking on Trump, Takes Twitter Feud to New Level

The Twitter feud between LaVar Ball and Donald Trump rages on, with the latest salvo coming into the form of an animated GIF of the Big Baller Brand founder dunking on the president. But there’s so much more than just the dunk. Take a look.

Let’s break this down. The dunk is the main thing here, and it’s spectacular. The animated LaVar does a windmill slam on Trump. That’s wild, but what comes after that’s the true dig.

First, Trump falls on his butt and the ball bounces off his hair. Given how Trump’s hair is a topic of discussion, there’s almost zero chance it’s not intended as an extra insult.

Finally, after the action, Trump whips out his phone and scrolls through Twitter only to encounter the GIF of the dunking. Which means this GIF not only exists in our reality, but also the reality inside the GIF.

For those not familiar with the Ball-Trump feud, it began last month when Ball’s son LiAngelo, a former UCLA basketball player was arrested in China for shoplifting from a Louis Vuitton store. LiAngelo and his teammates who were also arrested eventually returned home after being forced to stay at the team hotel for an extended period. Trump took credit for getting LiAngelo home, and angrily tweeted afterward that the players weren’t grateful enough to him for his help. Then LaVar Ball shot back, and that’s where we stand.

As a result of the incident, LiAngelo and the others were indefinitely suspended from the UCLA team. The younger Ball has since pulled out of school and signed with an agent, which will prevent him from being able to playing for another college basketball team.
