Justin Bieber Fans Cry After Singer Cancels Remaining Tour Dates

Justin Bieber canceled the rest of his world tour on Monday with little explanation. The surprise announcement has left his fans reeling.

Ticket-holders will be refunded for the remaining dates, but that consolation falls short for the Bieber fans who had been waiting for their chance to see him live. After the announcement was made that the pop star would not be performing the last few scheduled shows of his “Purpose” world tour, fans took to Twitter to express their despair in gif form.

No reason for the decision to cancel the tour was given beyond the fact that it was “due to unforeseen circumstances.”

“Justin loves his fans and hates to disappoint them,” the singer’s camp said in a statement. “He thanks his fans for the incredible experience of the Purpose World Tour over last 18 months.”

Before the cancellation, Bieber was scheduled to play 15 more shows in North American and Asia through October. The more than 150 stops of the 18-month stadium tour had earned over $250 million.
